Upload Excel with LS sheet A:AX. Tool cleans spaces, converts text to uppercase, validates rows, applies Kotak 18–60 age logic, and creates Master Format + Summary + Error Report.

Checks Added
- Trim + Uppercase for text fields
- Date output in proper Excel date format
- Font Verdana, size 8, center alignment in downloaded Excel
- Sum Insured must be ≥ ₹50,000
- Insured and Nominee should not be same
- Insured Age = DATEDIF(DOB, Disbursement Date, "Y") and must be 18 to 60
- Mobile number must be 10 digits; masked mobile is accepted
- Pincode must be 6 digits
